Healthyish Ice Cream
I love this recipe because I can get my sugar fix while still getting some health benefits. I like to use unsweetened coconut milk since this recipe already contains sugar from the bananas. Turmeric is known for it’s anti-inflammatory properties and it also has antioxidants so try to get a good quality one if you can! Hope you enjoy!
2 Frozen Bananas
1/4 c Coconut milk
1 tsp Tumeric
1 1/2 T Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1. Slice bananas and blend with other ingredients.
2. Store in the freezer for up to a week!
