THE MVP LIST
Perpetually running late, here is the April edition of my MVP list! Obviously, it’s really about fitness these days as I have been training and majorly struggling with the half marathon I signed up for. Some of you have asked me how to go from never running to running a little bit and my best advice is to alternate 1 min of slow jogging and 1 minute of running and build from there. Running is hard for all of us trust me.

i’ve had this book for a year, finally got around to reading it and finished it on one airplane ride. it’s actually haunting, dystopian and devastating so if that’s your thing lol.

these are some of my favorite new fitness finds lately and no it’s NOT a weighted vest, it’s just a light weight vest to hold my phone and fuel for the race. the sneakers have been shockingly comfy and this new amazon set is on par with the best workout fits and super cheap.
