Before and After Photos
These are the highest-risk content we have, and also some of the most effective. If you post them, all four of these apply:
- It has to be you. Never someone else's photos, never stock, never a repost.

- Include the line "Results vary. This is my experience." visibly.
- Do not edit, filter, or reshape the body in either photo. Same lighting and angle if you can.
NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
- Write a review for a product you have not personally used.
- Post a testimonial someone else wrote for you, including anything we send you.
- Share another patient's photo, story, or results. That is their private health information.
- Offer medical advice, dosing guidance, or tell someone to change how they take something.
- Resell, split, or transfer medication. Your code is for your audience to order their own.

If a follower tells you they are having a bad reaction or a medical problem, do not coach them and do not guess. Send them to support@fitish.com or tell them to contact their provider directly. If it sounds like an emergency, tell them to call 911. Then let us know at captains@fitish.com so the clinical team can follow up.
