17-34 mg (1-2 droppers) - This is the starter dose. This amount has been reported to act against anxiety, stress and trouble sleeping. We’ve found it’s best to start with a small base amount, and then, over time you can increase your serving size until you get your desired results.
25-50 mg (2-3 droppers) - Feel free to step it up if the if the starter dose isn’t making a difference. You can increase the amount of CBD in your routine. Stick with this for at least 14 days to see how it helps.
