Cooking with Remy: No Bake Balls

Cooking with Remy: No Bake Balls

Move over, MasterChef—there’s a new kitchen star in town! Our Founder's almost-three-year-old son, Remy, has taken the internet by storm with his adorable (and surprisingly effective) culinary skills. In his latest hit video, "Cooking with Remy," he shows us how to whip up the easiest snack ever: No Bake Balls. So if you are looking for healthy-ish recipe ideas to start out your new year, these will be a staple!

Here’s the recipe that had everyone drooling and double-tapping:

Remy’s No Bake Balls

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (the stickier, the better for toddler messes!)
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (or vegan ones! We used raisins because Remy said “choco bad.”)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, but hey, we’re fancy here)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Dump everything in a bowl. Bonus points if your toddler sneezes mid-mix.
  2. Stir with a spoon… or hands… or whatever tool your tiny chef deems appropriate.
  3. Roll into bite-sized balls. Taste-testing is mandatory after every other ball.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours (if they last that long).

And voilà! You’ve got a snack that’s easy, healthy-ish, and toddler-approved. Remy might’ve eaten more ingredients than he rolled, but hey, that’s the charm.

Why It’s a Hit:

  • Easy enough for a 2-year-old (and chaotic enough to go viral).
  • Delicious and customizable (chocolate chips, raisins, sprinkles—you do you).
  • Watching Remy “Bzzzz" like a bee... Priceless.
