Social media can still be a great tool for learning and I have really enjoyed Dr, Becky’s realistic and approachable advice on parenting. I highly recommend her approach and easy to implement tips!

Learning a new skill is definitely a key to longevity. I have tried learning Spanish- very half-assedly- for years but this book has been the most immense help so far.

My toddler remy contributed to the Fitish’s Wellness Week with his favorite NO BAKE BALLS. In his words, both healthyish and Fitish. Cooking with our kids -though messy and slow- can really enhance their learning.

I hate running. Well, that was my motto until a new friend signed me up for the Nike After Dark women only half marathon. I have found that setting near future goals is the only way to stay focused on a task!
