Summer is here already can you believe it? We are busy planning Fitish popups and I am trying to figure out what we will do with all of our family time:)

DOING

Fitish Running Late Club via the Nike Run Club App has been such a hit! We had over 70+ of you join last week’s 20 mile challenge. We even sent out gift cards to the top 6 finishers. We are starting a new and longer one over the course of June. Whether you run OR walk, Sign up!

USING

all this half marathon training has me hurting a bit so Perfect Game has been my daily go to. I roll it on and then use a heating pad. Gosh I sound old. I really love this stuff for period cramps, back aches and any moment I need to just feel 20 again.

 

PLAYING

We love going on walks around the neighborhood with Remy and if you’re trying to find something to do that makes you feel like a better mom, do this! An empty egg carton and then draw out scavenger hunt images with the word written and then go hunting! If you hate to draw there are great printable options on ETSY already done for you!

 

EATING

Many of you may know I have another brand called Superfutured. I have always wanted a mild and microdose of THC as there’s not much on the market. If you’re new to THC, these are perfect to give you a mild elevation without feeling too much and still being as I like to call it “highly functional”:)
